You'll answer a short set of questions about what you're looking for — therapy, medication, or both — along with preferences around clinician style, specialties, and availability. We match you with up to 3 licensed clinicians and you pick who to start with. You can switch anytime, no questions asked.

How fast can I be seen?

Most patients are booked with their matched clinician within 3–5 business days. For urgent needs, same-week appointments are usually available for members on Medication Management and Complete Care plans.

Can I switch clinicians if it's not the right fit?

Yes — anytime, for any reason. Finding the right match matters. You can request a new clinician directly from your patient portal and we'll rematch you within 24 hours.

What conditions do you treat?

We specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, burnout, and family therapy. Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based modalities including CBT, CBT-I, ERP, and trauma-informed care.

Can I combine therapy and medication?

Yes — this is what our Complete Care plan is built for. Your therapist and prescriber coordinate directly so your treatment plan is cohesive, not fragmented. Most patients see faster progress when therapy and medication are integrated.

Do you prescribe controlled substances like stimulants?

Yes, when clinically appropriate. Our prescribers follow all state and federal regulations, including Ryan Haight Act requirements. Controlled substance prescribing is handled by our licensed psychiatric providers with appropriate clinical evaluation.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Initial psychiatric evaluations are 60 minutes, and follow-up medication appointments are 25–30 minutes.

Do you accept insurance?

Any modern smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and internet connection. Our patient portal works in any recent browser — no app download required.

Can I message my clinician between appointments?

Yes. Secure messaging is included with all plans. Therapists typically respond within 1 business day; prescribers within 2 business days.

What happens if I have an emergency?

Accepted Answer

Attunio is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Do you serve teens or children?

Not at this time. Attunio serves adults age 18 and older. Our Family Therapy service does support parents and partners of adults receiving care.
