Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 1, 2026
This policy explains how Attunio uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing site (attuniohealth.com) and patient portal (portal.attunio.co). We keep it short, because you probably have better things to read.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember information about your visit, like your preferred language and other settings. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and SDK identifiers — we use the word “cookies” throughout this policy to cover all of them.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Required to run the site and keep you securely signed in. These cannot be disabled. Examples: session tokens, security tokens, load balancing.
Functional. Remember your preferences (e.g. timezone, recently viewed content) so you don't have to set them every visit.
Analytics. Help us understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how long visits last, and where errors occur. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not include any health information in analytics data.
Marketing. Used on our public marketing pages only (never in the patient portal) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to show relevant information to people who have shown interest in Attunio. We do not use marketing cookies based on your health information.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties that help us operate the site, such as our analytics provider and our content delivery network. These third parties are bound by contract to use data only to provide services to Attunio and not for their own purposes. We maintain a current list of sub-processors; contact privacy@attunio.co to request it.
4. Your choices
You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner the first time you visit, and anytime afterwards through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also control cookies at the browser level:
If you disable all cookies, core features like signing in, booking appointments, and joining video sessions will not work.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals on our public marketing pages. When a GPC signal is received, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted through our cookie banner.
